தாநந்தி சீர்மையுட் சந்தித்த சீர்வைத்த
கோனந்தி யெந்தை குறிப்பறி வாரில்லை
வானந்தி யென்று மகிழும் ஒருவற்குத்
தானந்தி யங்கித் தனிச்சுட ராமே. 11

Of Himself He sought me in the Truth's Way
He the Blessed, the King of Kings,
Nandi, mine Father,
But they know not his intent;
To them that rejoice in Him
As the Nandi of heavenly might,
Verily is He the peerless luminosity
Of crimson twilight fire.

`ஞானத்தைப் பெற்றவன் சிவனது இயல்பைத் தனது அறிவில் காணும்படி வைத்த ஆசிரியன் அந்தச் சிவனே என்க` என்னும் சிவனது திருவுள்ளத்தை அறிபவர் உலகில் இல்லை. அதனை அறிய வல்ல ஒருவனுக்கு அச்சிவன் மாலைக் காலத்தில் ஏற்றப்பட்ட புறவிளக்குப் போன்று ஒப்பற்ற அக விளக்காய் நிற்பன்.
