இடைகலை பிங்கலைகளின்மேல் சுழுமுனைத் தலையில் நிற்கும் சத்தி, இடையும், பிங்கலையுமாகிய இரண்டன் வழியாகப் பிராணனை இயக்கிச் செயல் புரிகின்ற முறையைச் சொல்லுமிடத்து, இரண்டாகிய அந்தப் பிராணன் ஆயிர நாடிகளோடும், ஐம்பத்தோர் அக்கரங்களோடும் கூடியுள்ள ஆறு ஆதாரங்களில் பொருந்தி, ஐந்து காலத்தைக் கொண்டிருக்கும் வகையிலேயாம்.
