Anchor your thoughts firm on the Lord Impregnable then you shall be; Impregnable shall be your cognition organs four; Impregnable shall be Kalas six and ten of the Moon within; Impregnable shall be the Prana that is of life breath.
மாணாக்கனே!; நீ பிரணவ கலைகளில் அறிவு பொருந்த நில், அங்ஙனம் நிற்பாயாகில், பிராண வாயுவையும், அக்கலைகள் பதினாறனையும், அவற்றின் வழி இயங்குகின்ற மனம் முதலிய அந்தக்கரணங்களையும் மருள் நெறியிற் செல்லாது தடுத்து, அருள் நெறியில் நிறுத்துதல் கூடும்.
